Denise Altland, Innkeeper and accomplished chef, entertains up to six guests with European country favorites at the "Chef's Table" by the glow of the fireplace in the Library.
Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin and Osso Bucco are typical entrees, which are accompanied by a glass of award-winning Furnace Brook Winery wine. Your meal will begin with a first course of soup, and be completed by a scrumptious dessert, coffee and tea. $35 per person (tax & 18% gratuity not included). |

Our guide, Holly Brouker, will lead the group on a snowshoe trek of approximately 1-1.5 hours. This interactive journey incorporates Native American traditions relating to moonlight.
Bonfire, wine tasting and entertainment immediately following.
Arrive by 6:45 - the group leaves promptly at 7:00pm. Wear layers and bring a small light and water.
COST: the fee is $10.00 per person (FREE for our Inn guests) which includes the guided trek and tasting of up to six Furnace Brook wines.

Our summer guests often reserve their room for the following year so the weekends get booked up quickly, especially after the Tanglewood schedule is announced in December. Reserve early for your choice of accommodations.

Fall is our second busiest season here as visitors come to experience the beauty of the changing seasons as it unfolds across the Berkshire hills. We don't discount during this season but our guests are treated to FREE VIP access at our Hilltop Orchard Farm Winery. This includes:
