Guests enjoy private seating in the large dining

room and adjoining wraparound porch.  Our menu

takes full advantage of locally grown, fresh ingre-

dients sourced from Berkshire farms including

our own Hilltop Orchards.

Our guests rave about our full country breakfast, served each morning from 7:30 through 9:45am (coffee and tea are available earlier at 7:00am). Upon arrival in the dining room, our wait staff will welcome you with a flavorful cup of our custom roast coffee. Your breakfast order will be taken to our Chef who will prepare your choice of certified organic eggs cooked to order; our signature Apple Strudel French Toast; fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes; Belgium Waffles with choice of topping or Omelet with choice of seasonal ingredients. Top if off with our delicious Berkshire pure maple syrup. You will also find a bountiful buffet of fresh and dried fruit, homemade granola, organic yogurt, cereals, sausage and bacon, local organic breads, fresh baked daily muffins or coffee cake, plus a selection of fruit juices including our fresh squeezed orange juice.

Complimentary Afternoon Sherry
Guests are invited to the Sherry Room for a complimentary aperitif and occasional tasting of our award-winning Furnace Brook Winery varietals. This is an opportune time to mingle with other guests or to just relax and unwind.

For a private and relaxing evening at the Inn, our  Chef prepares gourmet dinners Thursday and Saturday nights during the summer season (please inquire about availability at other times). The menu features fresh, seasonal appetizers, entrees and deserts. Guests are asked to reserve their seating for 5:30 through 7:30pm no later than 12 noon. If space is available we will be pleased to allow guests to invite friends and family who are not staying at the Inn.
