Denise Altland joined us as head Innkeeper on November 1st, 2011. She is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and brings over 20 years of experience in highly-recognized restaurants, country inns and private estate management.  She has considerable knowledge of the Lenox area, from her previous work at the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge and as a private estate manager in Richmond.

Guests are already requesting copies of her delicious recipes so we launched this web page to make them available. Bon Appetit!
