Hilltop Orchards - home to Furnace Brook Winery
Our farm is about 10 miles from the Inn and is open year-round, Fri-Sun from 11am-5pm. Toll free: 800-833-6274.
The Farm Winery Store sells fresh baked goods; homemade preserves; healthy snacks plus our fresh pressed cider and all natural lemonade. Apple picking, free hayrides begin Labor Day weekend.
The farm winery, the first in the Berkshires, produces award-winning varietals and ciders including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon*, Shiraz, Charval, Chardonnay*, Riesling*, Dry Riesling, White Zinfandel, Muscato*, Blanc de Blancs, French Cidre' and Johnny Mash Hard Cider*. Guests of The Garden Gables Inn are treated to unlimited free wine tasting!
The scenic back country trials for groomed for cross-country skiing and hiking. Guided hikes are available at 9am and 1:30m each Sat. and by appointment on other days.
